When you need to get away from a stressful situation and release some of that internal pressure, consider listening to soothing sounds, such as the rhythmic splashes and shushes that match the ebb and flow of the ocean's waves by the beach.
Alternatively, listen to music that speaks of your deepest emotions, takes your mind to happier times in the past, and conjures visual memories of beautiful places you visited.
