The wedding venue and menu selection for the reception as well as the bridal car and the physical arrangements for the church (if it's a church wedding) and for the reception area usually fall into the laps of wedding planners. Brides and grooms just follow the schedule set by the planner and make the final decisions on the food, decors, motifs, forms of entertainment, and giveaways. Remember my sister's friend who got hitched ?
