1. Green Tea Extract
You may or may not have been drinking green tea early in the morning or before sleeping at night. This habit of drinking tea is already beneficial in itself. However, to increase efficiency in losing weight, you should drink green tea extract instead. Ordinary teas are pretty good, but green tea extract is better because it contains fat-burning chemicals. This is why most commercial fat burners include green tea extract as one of the ingredients.
2. Pure Peanut Butter
Peanut butter is better than using creamy butter. Ordinary butter made from cow's milk is abundant with fats. In contrast, peanut butter has higher amounts of protein and dietary fiber that helps with weight loss. While protein helps burn off fat by building muscle tissue, dietary fiber helps regulate your digestive system. Insoluble fibers, which are considered prebiotic, stays inside the lower digestive tract longer, allows absorption of more nutrients, encourages the proliferation of good bacteria, and delays the intervals between meals.
Peanut butter products are available at any local shop, but the most recommend for losing weight are those made from 100% peanuts and made through natural processes. If you know how to make it, then whip up your own homemade batch. Slap this between two slices of wholegrain wheat bread and you'll have a very nutritious breakfast!
3. Roasted Almonds
There are 2 kinds of fats: the essential fatty acids (monounsaturated) and the poor fatty acids (polyunsaturated). Naturally, the unhealthy fats from dairy products and oil ought to be avoided because our bodies have difficulties breaking these down. Most of these fats were stored into cellulite. The essential fatty acids, on the other hand, provide the body with important nutrients, such as omega-3 that protect the heart. The fats from eating almonds belong to the latter kind. Moreover, almonds are abundant with protein and chemicals that regulate those hormones that affect our moods.
4. Roasted Coffee Beans
Coffee is often part of most people's early morning routine because of the caffeine in it. However, aside from coffee's wake-me-up quality, it also contains antioxidants that heal the body's cells and some chemicals that delays the release of hormones that regulate hunger.
Of course, all these foods won't be effective in any way without regular exercise, a balanced diet, and sufficient amounts of water drunk each day. With enough sleep, your body gains the necessary requirements to function healthily.
