Listen To Music To Help You Relax

My battle with dopamine deficiency rages on. Lately, I have difficulties in focusing and relaxing because of my anxiety, which is also a symptom of lack in dopamine. I have tried using meditation and visualization techniques to calm my mind and emotions as well as relax my muscles. It works most of the time.

I pair these techniques with relaxing or upbeat music that makes me feel lively for a while. I had two MP3 players before, but they were destroyed now from too much use. They were the cheap variety, so no surprise there. Now, I use WinAmp and Windows Media Player as mp3 players. I listen to music while I work on my computer all day long.
