Hundreds of weight loss product reviews abound on the web. Each of them claim immediate results are visible within weeks of use or consumption, that is if you pair them with a good diet and regular exercise.

This is a marketing ploy. You will definitely get results, not because you used their slimming products, but because of the kind of diet and exercise program you follow. These weight loss products are really nothing more than placebo drugs. They are safe to use. Some even have herbal ingredients that do contribute to your wellness, but not specifically for your weight loss objectives.

In my opinion, dieting is simply watching what you eat without going hungry. Exercise will help your body's metabolism keep up its pace. It also promotes cellular growth, which is a very important factor in keeping your body healthy and fit. That same cellular growth also keeps your body young.

I have just got back from UP Diliman for a week of respite. I had training for trainers at UP SoLaIR (School of Labor and Industrial Relations). It was a working vacation. At least I had time to slow down and not think of work for a few days. It was good! Really felt good to be taken cared of by the University Hotel staff.
