Got Hitched

I got hitched over the weekend. I wore an electric blue Michael Kors dress that I got for a discounted price from eBay. It was a happy day for both of us.

We chose January 15 as the date to match the anniversary of our relationship. I said yes to him on January 16 last year. It was also a Friday then.

Unfortunately, we only had one night for our honeymoon because I had to work the next day. There are no leaves or vacations for my kind of work.

A brief vacation

I have just got back from UP Diliman for a week of respite. I had training for trainers at UP SoLaIR (School of Labor and Industrial Relations). It was a working vacation. At least I had time to slow down and not think of work for a few days. It was good! Really felt good to be taken cared of by the University Hotel staff.
