I do not normally develop pimples on the usual places, like the forehead, cheeks, nose, chin and neck. Pimples often grow on my upper back.
To discourage pimple growth, I make sure to scrub my body each day using a loofah and an exfoliating wash. However, I also use lots of hair products that I suspect cause pimple growth on my back where my hair lay against.
To prevent further acne growth, I had to use an acne serum. That helps prevent bacterial growth and infection. It dries up the weeping pimples.
There are also an anti-acne soap and an anti-acne foaming facial wash that you can use to cover larger areas of acne, especially in areas you cannot reach easily during bath time.
