Three Types of Teas for Body Cleansing

Peppermint tea with fresh leaves (Photo credit: Wikipedia ) Although I'm an avowed coffee drinker, I also like sipping on tea now and then for relaxation and detoxification. Teas have caffeine, but they also have lots of antioxidants. However, the best reason to drink tea rather than coffee is for their body cleansing properties. Detoxify your system with the following types of teas. #1: Nothing More Reliable Than Green Tea As the subheading says, you'll never go wrong with a cup of green tea every morning. If you're a fan of tea parties, then sip some camellia sinensis from a demitasse while you nibbled on Russian tea cakes and French macaroons before dinner. #2: A Little Sweetness Takes the Bitterness Away Some tea drinkers like to put a cube or two of sugar into their cup. Drink Red Juice For Healthy Skin And For Weight Loss

I found a new weight loss product that is made from natural ingredients. It's called Red Juice, which by the name itself implies you can 'reduce' whatever needs to be reduced. It is not a drug or medicine, but simply a herbal supplement made of 30 natural ingredients, composed of herbs, fruits, and vegetables. The primary action of Red Juice is to detoxify the system and cleanse the body of toxins. It has lots of vitamins and nutrients that help strengthen the immune system and ease the functions of the digestive system. In fact, Red Juice can greatly improve the skin because of the antioxidants from the fruits. Read more about Red Juice at its FAQ page: http://www.redjuice.org/html/quickfacts.htm

Our house happens to be next to a rice field and there were lots of animals in the area: chickens, cows, goats and migratory birds that love to peck at the growing rice grains. It's no surprise I got infected with worms. I remember defecating worms. I know this is disgusting, but I just want to emphasize the need to watch out where your kids are playing or what objects they are putting into their mouths. The use of clean rubber mats and an indoor playroom is more practical and safer for children these days. Gone were the carefree days when we can all run through the fields and enjoy the warmth of the sun on our skin. Now children spend most of their childhood indoor...
