Toughest Place To Be A Bus Driver Review

I am currently watching the Manila episode of Toughest Place To Be where Josh, a bus driver from London, takes a job of jeepney driver in Manila. During his jeepney driver stint, he will live with Rogelio, a jeepney driver, and his family. Watching Josh learn the ropes of navigating through the crowded streets of the metropolis and seeing the Philippines through his eyes, I come to many realizations, one of which is how difficult it is to live in this country. I was born here and earn my living through the Internet. I live in the Visayas region, specifically in Iloilo City, which is less crowded and more laid back than other cities in the Philippines. I thought life is good here because we can still eat three times a day, but now I realized the quality of life I am living is not that fine to begin with. I do not have the money to spend for recreational activities. I have not bought new clothes for many months now. All of my money goes to food, utilities and paying off debts.

Green Tea and Organic Coffee: Natural Thermogenic Fat Burners

Image via Wikipedia Thermogenic fat burners often come in the form of pills, capsules and tablets, or sometimes, as powder drinks formulated into shakes for breakfast or dinner. However, these aren't your only method of losing that extra fat. A new product called Boresha BSkinny comes in the form of coffee, which many of us love to drink. The combined effects of caffeine with ephedrine has proven to be effective in burning fat fast and even preventing the formation of unwanted fat. This technique of using two or more chemicals together to reach a more effective desired effect is called stacking. The recommended dosage ratio of ephedrine to caffeine is 1 is to 10, which means taking 10 mg of ephedrine with 100 mg of caffeine. Adding aspirin increases the effect and using naringenin from grapefruit and its juice can prolong the caffeine's effects. An alternative is to drink Chinese green tea, which also has caffeine. Handle Food Storage With Care

Image via Wikipedia Baby food, especially homemade ones, need special baby food storage containers that are free from BPA, PVC and Pthalates, which we are usually exposed to by using plastic containers. Many baby food storage containers, such as Baby Cubes, are available in the market today. However, if you want to save and still keep them containers safe for your baby, then you can use Ziploc bags or other plastic containers that are Pthalate, BPA and PVC free. Just be careful in using these storage containers for freezing or heating your baby's food. Never ever store food in glass bottles or in aluminum cans because these pose dangers to your family's health. Glass jars not made for extreme temperatures can crack or break and spreading tiny shards into your food. Aluminum cans can contaminate the food and cause food poisoning.

The (supposedly) miracle cure that is HGH has just been dealt another blow. This month a new study has proven the suppression of this growth hormone can decrease risks of cancer and diabetes in otherwise healthy adults. Taking this growth hormone in any form does not offer much benefit, but emotional comfort in others who may be feeling desperate for some cure to aging or to losing fat. Yes, HGH intake in healthy adults increases muscle mass while decreasing fat in the body. It also increases energy and bone density. However, like any other drug, HGH produces a few unpleasant side effects, such as joint and muscle pain, and the formation of breast tissue in men (gynecomastia). There is also swelling in the arms and legs. Because of this recent study, it seems the use of HGH as a health supplement is dangerous to one's health as well as very expensive. An injection can reach upwards to thousands of dollars. For more information on this study, read the following LA Times news ar
