Listen To Music To Help You Relax

My battle with dopamine deficiency rages on. Lately, I have difficulties in focusing and relaxing because of my anxiety, which is also a symptom of lack in dopamine. I have tried using meditation and visualization techniques to calm my mind and emotions as well as relax my muscles. It works most of the time. I pair these techniques with relaxing or upbeat music that makes me feel lively for a while. I had two MP3 players before, but they were destroyed now from too much use. I have also experienced some behavioral changes, including mood swings and suicidal thoughts. My condition has worsened so much that it has affected my work. If it is a hormone imbalance, then it could be either of two conditions: hypothyroidism or dopamine deficiency. Since my thyroid gland has not swelled yet, then I su
